Fee Schedule
We offer a free 15-minute phone consultation to answer your questions and find out how we can help you. Call us at (805) 669-6784.
Our fee schedule:
- New Patients Initial Evaluation and Treatment: $200
- Follow Up Visits: $150
- Telehealth: $65 (30 minutes)
Payment in full is due at the time of your appointment. Acceptable payments include: cash, credit, Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flex Spending Account (FSA). Gallina Acupuncture is available for house calls within the Santa Barbara area, fee determined by location.
Cancellation Policy
Gallina Acupuncture has a 24 hour cancellation policy.
Appointments canceled within 24 hours are subject to a $100 fee which will be charged to the card used to hold the appointment.
Billing and Insurance
We accept Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flex Spending Accounts (FSA). Dry needling and acupuncture are procedures covered by most HSA and FSA.
Mario Gallina L.Ac. is considered an “out-of-network” or non-preferred provider for all insurance plans. That means you will pay out of pocket at the time of service.
A Superbill (coded receipt) will be provided at request, which includes all the necessary information an insurance provider needs to reimburse you. A Superbill does not guarantee that an insurance provider will reimburse your healthcare expense.
